Lead With Heart. Transform Through Mentorship.

Leadership in aging services begins with heart. It is felt in quiet moments, in tough choices, and in simply being present when it matters most. At LeadingAge Georgia, we believe that strong leadership is essential to delivering compassionate, heart-centered care and we know that leadership grows when we invest in each other. That is why we are proud to launch the inaugural cohort of the Leadership Network Mentoring Program (LNMP).

This free, member-exclusive initiative was created to develop, connect, and empower professionals across our field. Whether you are looking to deepen your leadership, navigate new challenges, or support the future of aging services, this program offers a space to grow, reflect, and transform. This is more than mentorship. It is a movement to build a thriving, resilient, and heart-centered workforce. When we lead with heart, we change everything.
