Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Corporate Director of Marketing and the Administrator, the Sales & Marketing Manager plans, manages, and executes all sales and marketing functions for a senior living community, with the objective of maintaining established occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Objectives
Achieve sales and occupancy targets
▪ Meet or exceed established objectives for occupancy, wait-list, and overall sales.
▪ Track and report on sales-related activities (e.g., call-outs, appointments, follow-ups).
▪ Engage with prospects and families
▪ Host on-site tours and appointments for visitors and walk-ins.
▪ Conduct interviews to assess each prospect’s needs.
▪ Address special needs or objections to close contracts.
▪ Complete all required paperwork for applications, contracts, and residency leases.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute marketing events
▪ Organize open houses, seminars, and community outreach events (both on- and off-site).
▪ Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and referral sources.
▪ Make public presentations, network, and attend community events to generate qualified leads.
