Front Desk Associate

This position gives continuity to front desk services from 4-10 pm Monday thru Friday. In coordination with administrative staff, the position represents management team in carrying out a set of services available to residents,visitors and vendors. All positions on the team require a commitment to further the mission of enhancing the lives of senior adults in a caring environment.

Reports to: Community Administrator

Essential Functions:
· Carry out all interactions with strong interpersonal communication skills.
· Maintain a clean, organized area that represents the face of the organization.
· Ability to follow protocols, use prepared information and execute tasks in emergencies responding to call systems, smoke alarms and fire suppression system.
· Excellent discernment in responding to requests for information as to not compromise privacy of residents.
· Computer skills in operating basic programs including email and creation of work orders.
· Monitor and communicate incidents to administrative staff for followup.
· Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employees regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing and walking.
