Located 40 minutes southwest of Atlanta, Wesley Woods Newnan is a Life Plan Community featuring independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing in a beautiful setting. Known for active retirement living, Wesley Woods of Newnan is the only Life Plan Community on the south side of Atlanta.

Wesley Woods of Newnan consists of 179 residences broken down into 84 Independent Living, 37 Assisted Living, 8 Memory Care, 23 Skilled Nursing, and 27 Cottages (2 currently under construction).
