We are looking for a goal-oriented, empathetic, and curious person who wants to grow in a great career. Individuals with a background in hospitality, food service, customer service, or financial services are welcomed!
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the sales efforts of our resort-style community, while striving to maintain full occupancy and a strong waiting list. The sales team also works closely with our corporate Sales & Marketing Department to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
• Completion of a bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of five years' sales management experience
• Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills
