Primary Responsibilities:
• Controlling pests in residential and commercial properties – bed bugs, mosquitos, termites, and crawling insects
• Physically inspecting a variety of residential & commercial structures to determine the presence of pests; calculating the severity of infestations and the degree of damage
• Interfacing directly with homeowners, property managers and residents regarding the work to be accomplished
• Creating diagrams and graphs indicating the type, degree and location of infestations, as well as methods of treatment
• Submitting all paperwork and collections on a daily basis, Coordinating activities with branch personnel
• Maintain company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times
• Ensures company procedures and laws are followed to ensure the safety of themselves, our customers and the public

Job Requirements:
• Following training program, must successfully pass GA Registered Technician Pest Control Exam
• High attention to detail and be reliable
• Excellent interpersonal skills, be professional and present him/herself well
• High school diploma or GED
• Must successfully pass background investigation and 10 panel drug test
• Own reliable transportation

Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial pest control IPM best practices
• Knowledge of multifamily and residential construction, electrical and plumbing
• Knowledge of generators, heaters and basic electrical trouble shooting
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or hotel engineering a plus

Job Conditions:
• Position is full time
• Work can be physically demanding, on feet all day and must be able to move 50lbs without assistance
• Will work both inside and outside in hot and cold environments

• Hourly pay rate to be determined commensurate with experience and abilities
• 5 paid holiday days annually, eligible to earn 10 days paid-time-off in first 12 months
