Clairmont Oaks is searching for a full-time Assistant Administrator to serve its metro-Atlanta community. This position is responsible for the professional and compassionate joint management and oversight of building operations and serves as support to staff and residents.
The Office Coordinator will help with management of the building that includes, but is not limited to admissions,regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibilities, life safety and risk management, marketing and public relations, and supervision of staff. In addition, the Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Clairmont Oaks continues to be a top-rated community for senior living.
Candidates should have a college degree and at least 3 years of experience working in housing services or anon-profit. Candidates must have HUD compliance experience and/or a Certification of Occupancy/Certified Professional of Occupancy are preferred.
